43 years old, married, father of 2 children, curious and enthusiastic, photographer, manager of a communication agency. That’s the short version. As a child, André inherited his father’s camera a few years after his passing. This tool of expression and instant capture has never left him. Even though life led him away from so-called ‘artistic’ professions for a while, he always kept a camera or a box of pastel chalks within reach.

In 2007, he was asked to cover the wedding of a couple of friends. Then word of mouth did its job. He ended up covering between 15 and 20 weddings a year, alongside managing a technical design office. His curiosity drove him to open new doors that led him to sports photography, travel photography, concert photography, and gradually to work for companies or institutions. After many years of intense dual activity, André now manages a communication agency specialized in consulting, production, and dissemination of content (photos, videos, and writing). He enjoys working with publicly traded nanotechnology companies as much as with local artisans or producers. He continues to occasionally cover weddings, in France or India.

André is also the co-creator and co-organizer of Rise UP Masterclasses, a training course for wedding photographers, held annually in Chamonix since 2019. That’s the long version.
